Overland Adventure

Our base vehicle is a 2008 Discovery 3 GS ex-police purchased in Sept 2016.

Following the guardianship of 2 of our granddaughters we needed to have a 7 seater so we could still take other grandkids out with us too.

Our family got too big to be fair on them all so I selfishly decided to converted Dora (the kids named her) to cater for my passion of overland holidays.

I did a few mods like dual batteries, roof rack (Prospeed),  tree sliders (Terrafirma) and better suited tyres.

In 2017 we purchased the vibraction roadbook RB28 and headed to Spain. We got through ok but finding a campsite setting up camp and cooking equipment was often a challenge.

"018 we did it again adding in RB29 as well as 28. It was epic and got us used to the challenges that overlanding can bring.
